目的通过对射频消融(RFCA)治疗快速性心律失常的结果进行分析,以总结RFCA的治疗经验。方法对我科开展RFCA治疗快速性心律失常11年的工作进行总结,对2 064例患者的治疗结果进行回顾性分析。结果2 064例患者中2 008例RFCA治疗成功,成功率达97.3%。并发症发生率为0.73%(15/2 064),其中前5年为1.48%(9/609),后6年为0.41%(6/1 455);2例安置了永久性心脏起搏器。复发率为1.54%(31/2 008),有28例再次行RFCA治疗获得成功。结论(1)RFCA治疗快速性心律失常安全、有效、成功率高、并发症发生率低。(2)RFCA治疗快速性心律失常的成功率及并发症发生率与术者的操作技术及经验密切相关。
Objective To analyze the results of radiofrequency catheter ablation (RFCA) in the treatment of tachyarrhythmia to summarize the therapeutic experience of RFCA. Methods The work of RFCA in the treatment of tachyarrhythmia for 11 years was summarized. The treatment results of 2 064 patients were retrospectively analyzed. Results 2 008 RFCA patients were successfully treated in 2 064 patients, with a success rate of 97.3%. The complication rate was 0.73% (15/2 064), of which 1.48% (9/609) in the first 5 years and 0.41% (6/1 455) in the latter 6 years. There were 2 cases with permanent pacemaker . The recurrence rate was 1.54% (31/2 008), and 28 cases were successfully treated with RFCA again. Conclusion (1) RFCA treatment of tachyarrhythmia safe, effective, high success rate, the incidence of complications is low. (2) The success rate and complication rate of RFCA in treatment of tachyarrhythmia are closely related to the operation technique and experience of the surgeon.
