Z型高温无机粘结剂为主要由AI_2O_3,SiO_2,ZnU和P_20_5等组成的粘稠透明液体.用它代替酚醛树脂拈粘结镁碳质不定型耐火材料,加压成型后,抗压强度≥29. 4MPa,1200’C洪烤冷却后,抗析强度≥5. 88MPa,常压成型后,抗压强度可达5. 51MPa以上。1550~1650’C汤马炉中电炉白渣侵蚀试样的波谱、能谱分析结果表明,用Z型高温无机粘结剂粘结镁碳质不定型耐火材料,采用高压成型,能满足对镁碳质材料粘结成型和提高冶金炉炉龄要求。
