我院近日收治一例因泪囊内注入眼药膏引起泪囊急性扩张的患者,现将病例介绍如下。赵××女37岁辽宁本溪县人1990年8月9日入院,住院号:90305。因右眼下睑肿张、伴流泪4～5个月,于6月21日在本溪某医院就诊,诊为右泪囊炎(1988年左侧曾行泪囊鼻腔吻合术)。该院以治疗目的将加热溶化后的眼药膏通过泪点注入泪囊。注入后右眼下睑肿胀较前加重,右眼及右面部疼痛。口服抗生素,点氯霉素眼药水肿胀未消退。90年8月9日入我
