笔者对配制肉汤琼脂培养基的方法进行了改进,改进后的制法为:取胨、氯化钠加入肉汤液内,微温溶解后,调节pH为7.4~7.6,再加入琼,脂,加热、煮沸。待琼脂完全溶化后,混匀,过滤,分装,15磅20min灭菌。改进后的配制方法较原法操作更为方便,且pH值也更易调节准确。用改进后的制法配制的培养基接种培养金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌、绿脓杆菌生长均良好。用于药品的卫生检验,结果
