随着我国经济技术的不断发展,科技企业在提高科技成果、优化全球产业结构以及提高科技竞争力、增加就业机会等方面发挥着愈来愈重要的作用。但由于科技企业的绩效存在一定的时间约束,因此,在技术创新、企业融资方面存在诸多的发展瓶颈及障碍。本文通过对我国科技企业融资现状的描述,剖析了科技企业融资渠道存在的诸多障碍,并针对存在的诸多障碍提出解决科技企业融资渠道障碍的创新策略,望推动我国科技事业的不断发展。
With the constant development of economy and technology in our country, science and technology enterprises are playing an increasingly important role in raising scientific and technological achievements, optimizing the global industrial structure, enhancing scientific and technological competitiveness, and increasing employment opportunities. However, due to the time constraint of performance of S & T enterprises, there are many bottlenecks and obstacles in the development of S & T and corporate finance. Based on the description of the status quo of financing of science and technology enterprises in our country, this paper analyzes many obstacles existing in the financing channels of science and technology enterprises and puts forward some innovative strategies to solve the obstacles of financing channels of science and technology enterprises in the light of the existing obstacles, hoping to promote the continuous development of science and technology in China.
