目的:探讨bax/bcl-2基因在益母草作用后的光老化皮肤组织中的表达特点,研究益母草在修复皮肤光老化中的可能作用。方法:用长波紫外线和中波紫外线联合照射小鼠背部皮肤,建立皮肤光老化的实验动物模型。于紫外线光照后的间歇,在紫外线照射区域的皮肤上外涂益母草赋形剂。采用免疫组化法检测凋亡相关基因Bax和Bcl-2的蛋白表达。结果:紫外线照射后,Bax表达上调,Bcl-2表达下调,促进细胞凋亡;益母草干预后,这一趋势有所缓解。结论:益母草可能通过调控Bax/Bcl-2蛋白的表达来减少细胞凋亡。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the expression of bax / bcl-2 gene in the photo-aged skin tissue after the effects of motherwort and to study the possible role of motherwort in the skin photoaging. Methods: The skin of the back of mice was irradiated with UVA and UVB rays to establish the animal model of skin photoaging. Intermittent motherwort excipients are applied to the skin in the UV-irradiated area at intervals after UV light irradiation. Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the protein expression of Bax and Bcl-2. Results: After UV irradiation, the expression of Bax was up-regulated and the expression of Bcl-2 was down-regulated, which promoted the apoptosis of cells. After the intervention of Motherwort, the tendency was alleviated. Conclusion: Motherwort may reduce apoptosis by regulating the expression of Bax / Bcl-2 protein.
