巧借他山之石强我育人之基学院率先在我省全面开启中德、中英职业教育合作,引进德英职业教育模式,采用德英职业教育的先进理念、教学标准、教学方法、学习领域、管理方法及考核方法等培养无缝对接企业的高技能人才。2013年5月底,学院在获得东莞市人力资源局的支持下与德累斯顿工业大学职业教育和继续教育学院签订了《关于“东莞市技师学院师资培训项目”协议书》,正式启动中德职业教育合作序幕。同时,学院于2013年先后派出两批四个专业27名教师赴德进修培训,2014年7-9月将再派43名教师赴德进修培训。2014年3月,学院开办了机电一体化(IHK/HWK机电师)、数控加工(IHK/HWK切削师)、电子商务(IHK/HWK

At the end of May 2013, with the support of Dongguan Human Resources Bureau, the college signed the “Teacher’s Program” on “Dongguan City Technician College” with the Institute of Vocational Education and Continuing Education of Dresden University of Technology, and officially started Sino-German vocational education cooperation prelude. In the meantime, the college sent two batches of four professional 27 teachers to Germany for further training in 2013 and another 43 teachers for further training in Germany from July to September 2014. In March 2014, the Institute opened a group of mechatronics (IHK / HWK), CNC machining (IHK / HWK), e-commerce (IHK / HWK
