活动策划:在社会转型期,怎样引导党员、职工正确面对社会发展,接受良好信息的引导,改进思想政治工作?北京市四清环卫工程集团公司党委在调研中看到,有些党员、职工在自发地读书,也有的人面对新形势不知学什么,感到很茫然。用先进文化影响和激励职工,是新时期思想工作的新途径。对此,党委决定开展系列读书活动,通过向广大党员、职工推荐优秀书籍,解决工作中的问题、思想上的疑点,进而达到提升党员职工素质、做好思想工作的目的。活动内容和形式:2004年集团党委开展了为期一年的系列化读书活动。1、分层次、有针对性地组织读书活动。党委结合“三观”教育,为不同人员推荐不同的书目。如向管理层推荐《王蒙自述:我的人生哲学》;结合三项制度改革,向广大员工推荐《没有任何借口》;结合实际工作,向行管、政工人员推荐《细节决定成败》。2、注意引导和营造氛围。在读书的过程中,党委书记亲自撰写《向广大员工推荐一本书》、《提倡精细管理》等导读性文章,以确保读书的方向与效果。 Activities planning: In the social transition, how to guide the party members and workers in the face of social development, to accept the guidance of good information, improve ideological and political work?
