在1988年5月,国家教委为音乐师资培训充实教学设备购买一批数量可观的教学用琴举行了招标会,在众多电子琴生产厂家踊跃参加的紧张竞争中,上海音乐学院、上海交通大学与某厂联合研制的“电脑电子钢琴”遥遥领先、一举中标。两校一厂联合研究的新型电脑电子钢琴是1987年通过国家级技术鉴定并投入批量生产的。它具有下列优点: 1.音高准确——传统钢琴是按十二平均律进行调音的,其高音区略偏高、低音区略偏低,偏高偏低的幅度完全符合人们艺术实践的习惯。一般的电子琴由于采用模拟电路,其高低音区之间的振动数是机械地成倍增长,无法逐音调制。而电脑电子钢琴采用了微处理器,每个键的音高均连续可调,可使其“音高曲线”调整得和传统钢琴完全一致;且一旦调准就予以固化,永不变音,也无需校音,对弹奏者的音准训练是绝对有保证的,不会对青少年
