目的识别、分析某滑动水口生产企业存在的职业病危害因素,找出职业病危害关键控制点,提出进一步防护措施。方法采用现场职业卫生学调查、职业病危害因素检测等方法综合判断、确定职业病危害关键控制点。结果该企业存在粉尘、化学性毒物、高温、噪声等职业病危害因素,粉尘、噪声检测结果均部分超标。结论粉尘、噪声、高温、一氧化碳、煤焦油沥青挥发物为该企业职业病危害关键控制因素,特别是粉尘和噪声。
Objective To identify and analyze the hazards of occupational diseases in a sliding nozzle manufacturer and find out the key control points of occupational hazards and propose further protective measures. Methods The methods of on-site occupational hygiene investigation, occupational disease hazard testing and other methods were used to determine the key control points of occupational hazards. Results There were occupational hazards such as dust, chemical poisons, high temperature and noise in the enterprise. Part of the results of dust and noise tests exceeded the standard. Conclusion Dust, noise, high temperature, carbon monoxide, and coal tar pitch volatiles are key control factors for occupational hazards in the establishment, particularly dust and noise.
