生长曲线的分析与拟合是研究动物生长发育规律的主要方法之一,本文利用Bertanlanffy模型对6种SPF级、960只大小鼠的生长曲线进行了分析与拟合,结果表明,Bertanlanffy模型比较适合模拟动物生长,R2>0.948,小鼠的相对生长速率和绝对生长率都处于下降趋势;大鼠的相对生长率呈现下降趋势,而绝对生长速率达到高峰后呈现下降趋势。它在科学研究中可用于生长速率的预测和生产过程中的遗传分析,也可以为实验动物的标准化提供基础数据。
Growth curve analysis and fitting is one of the main methods to study the growth and development of animals. In this paper, Bertanlanffy model was used to analyze and fit the growth curves of 6 SPF and 960 mice. The results show that Bertanlanffy model is suitable Simulated animal growth, R2> 0.948, the relative growth rate and absolute growth rate of mice were in a downward trend; the relative growth rate of rats showed a downward trend, and the absolute growth rate showed a downward trend after the peak. It can be used in scientific research for the prediction of growth rate and genetic analysis in the production process. It can also provide the basic data for the standardization of laboratory animals.
