糠尿病是一种常见的疾病,发病率达6‰之多,以老年人多见。在这些患者中,常常有人发现自己的手足麻木或疼痛;有的忽视了治疗,以致造成严重的神经后遗症。其实,糖尿病多发性周围神经病变的最早表现就是手足发麻,严重者甚至疼痛。当去神经科检查时才知道自己患有糖尿病。另外,四肢麻木、灼热感、虫爬感、剧痛等,都是糖尿病严重时的主要症状。
Diabetes is a common disease, the incidence of up to 6 ‰, more common in the elderly. In fact, the earliest manifestation of multiple diabetic peripheral neuropathy is hand, foot numbness, severe or even pain. I knew I had diabetes when I went to a neurological examination.
