本文研究了GCr15钢针状非平衡组织的高温回火。在试验条件下,未观察到类似于冷变形金属中一次再结晶时的情况。甚至于700℃回火100小时,针状α形态尚未消除,试验表明:预组织中的α状态及形态、大小等对终处理所得奥氏体晶粒有影响。GCr15钢经高温固溶下贝氏体转变后,进行720℃,2~6小时高温回火预备处理,既可基本满足切削加工要求,又能保证经终处理后获得满意的双细化效果。
In this paper, high temperature tempering of GCr15 steel acicular unbalanced microstructure was studied. Under the experimental conditions, no resemblance to the first recrystallization in cold-deformed metals was observed. Even after tempering at 700 ° C for 100 hours, the acicular α morphology has not been eliminated. The results show that the α state and morphology, size and so on in the pre-treatment have influence on the austenite grains obtained by the final treatment. GCr15 steel bainite transformation under high temperature solid solution, the 720 ℃, 2 to 6 hours of high temperature tempering pre-treatment, can basically meet the cutting requirements, but also to ensure that after the end of treatment to obtain satisfactory double-thinning effect.
