上海电气所属企业共有4300多个行政性班组建制,有班组长和工会组长7800余名,是一支班组建设的重要力量。近年来,上海市机电工会围绕上海电气建设现代化、国际化一流企业集团的战略发展目标,以及在重点产业企业打造“世界级工厂”的工作部署,以落实生产一线班组长责权利相匹配、调动班组长积极性为重点,以提升生产一线班组现代化管理水平为目标,大力推进了企业班组建设工作上水平,更好适应了企业深化改革、转型发展的新要求,促进了班组长责权利相匹配,提升了班组管理现代化水平。
