医院是我国为民服务的一个行业,主要的职责就是对病人的帮助。而在医院的财务管理中,主要的问题就是财务控制,加强卫生系统的财务会计预算,转变成本核算和管理意识,保证病人的治疗效果和治疗范围也就成为了医院财务管理的主要内容。本文对医院内部财务控制中存在的问题进行了分析研究,并给出了一定的对策建议。
The hospital is an industry serving the people in our country and its main responsibility is to help the patients. In the financial management of the hospital, the main problems are the financial control, strengthening the financial accounting of the health system, changing the cost accounting and management awareness, and ensuring the patient’s therapeutic effect and scope of treatment has become the hospital’s main financial management. This paper analyzes the problems existing in the internal financial control of the hospital and gives some countermeasures and suggestions.
