目的:观察丹参注射液加硫酸镁注射液治疗肺心病心衰的临床疗效。方法:将72例患者随机分为对照组和治疗组各36例,对照组予以常规综合治疗,治疗组在此基础上使用丹参注射液加硫酸镁注射液治疗14天。结果:治疗组的总有效率为92.3%,对照组总效率为73.1%,两组比较差异均有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:肺心病在常规综合治疗基础上联合使用丹参注射液加硫酸镁注射液可提高疗效。
Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Danshen injection and magnesium sulfate injection in the treatment of heart failure of pulmonary heart disease. Methods: Seventy-two patients were randomly divided into control group and treatment group, with 36 cases in each group. The control group was treated by conventional combination therapy. The treatment group was treated with Salvia miltiorrhiza injection and magnesium sulfate injection for 14 days. Results: The total effective rate was 92.3% in the treatment group and 73.1% in the control group, with significant difference between the two groups (P <0.05). Conclusion: Pulmonary heart disease combined with Salvia miltiorrhiza injection and magnesium sulfate injection can improve the curative effect on the basis of conventional comprehensive treatment.
