为引起临床重视，报告９例输尿管囊肿，其中男３例，女６例；左侧５例，右侧１例，双侧３例；合并有双、单侧重复肾及输尿管畸形３例，单纯输尿管口囊肿６例；８例采用手术治疗，１例经内窥镜治疗。结果死亡１例，再次手术致肾切除ｌ例，痊愈６例，失访１例。强调了诊断的重要性，并对其术式的选择及注意事项进行了讨论。认为其诊断应参照临床症状和不同检查进行综合分析，治疗仍以手术为主，可根据不同情况选择不同术式。
In order to arouse clinical attention, 9 cases of ureterocele were reported, including 3 males and 6 females; 5 on the left, 1 on the right, and 3 on both sides. There were 3 cases of double and unilateral duplication of kidneys and ureter malformations, Ureteral cyst in 6 cases; 8 cases were treated by surgery, 1 case was treated by endoscopy. Results of death in 1 case, reoperation induced nephrectomy in 1 case, cured in 6 cases, 1 case of missing. The importance of diagnosis is emphasized, and the choice of surgical procedures and precautions are discussed. That the diagnosis should be based on clinical symptoms and different examinations for a comprehensive analysis, the treatment is still based surgery, according to different situations, choose different surgical procedures.
