通过建立豚鼠软组织损伤模型，观察施氏伤膏对软组织肿胀动态变化和病理修复过程。实验结果表明，施氏伤膏能明显促进软组织损伤后肿胀恢复过程，较基质对照组有显著差异（Ｐ＜００１）。病理检查显示施氏伤膏能使血管外膜细胞增生，结缔组织增生。上述结果表明：施氏伤膏对软组织损伤有明显治疗和促进修复作用。
By establishing the guinea pig soft tissue injury model, the dynamic changes of the soft tissue swelling and the pathological repair process of the Shishi wound paste were observed. The experimental results show that the Shi’s wound cream can significantly promote the recovery process of swelling after soft tissue injury, which is significantly different from the matrix control group (P<001). Histopathological examination revealed that Shizhuangsuhuang can cause proliferation of adventitial cells and proliferation of connective tissue. The above results show that: Shi Shi Shang Ointment can obviously treat and promote the repair of soft tissue injury.
