本文通过现存的两册休宁兖山孙氏产业簿所反映的丰富信息，较为全面地考察了明末清初孙氏产业消长的具体过程，以及孙氏与同一社区中其他家族之间的财产互动情形。在清朝初期，兖山孙氏由于经商成功而迅速兴起。孙氏即借助于商业利润来投资土地，从而引起兖山农村社区家族之间的产业转移。这种转移，导致了各家族之间势力的消长，打破了兖山农村社区原来家族格局，显示出商业资本在其中所发挥的巨大作用。
Based on the abundant information reflected in the existing two volumes of Sun Yat-sen Sun’s Industry Books, this paper comprehensively examines the specific process of Sun’s industry growth and decline and the relationship between Sun’s and other families in the same community Interactive situation. In the early Qing Dynasty, Sun Yat-Sen rose rapidly due to business success. Sun resorted to commercial profits to invest in land, resulting in the transfer of industries between Yan Shan rural communities. This shift led to the rise and fall of power among the various families, breaking the original family structure of rural communities in Yanzhou and showing the great role commercial capital plays in it.
