随着社会形势的不断变化，企业的思想政治教育工作也呈现出不同的发展趋势。特别是企业的女工政治思想工作，既要符合形势的变化又要结合女工的实际生活工作情况，具有一定的难度。本文基于新的社会形势对企业女工政治思想工作的开展提出了部分建议，旨在通过思想政治工作的完善提升企业的社会经济效益。
