随着改革开放的不断深入,在消化吸收引进先进技术的基础上,研制、开发和生产替代进口的装备型产品,已成为我国机械装备制造业在90年代发展的重大课题。而以技术力量雄厚、综合配套能力强为特征,并占全国机械装备制造业总产值1/10左右的上海机械装备制造业,也理所当然地应当研究这一课题。上海机械装备制造业是上海最大的工业部门之一,1989年实现工业产值350亿元左右(现行价),约占上海工业总产值的1/4。其中,机床、通用机械、专用机械和零部件制造业的产值约占全部机械装备制造业产值的43%,交通运输设备
With the continuous deepening of reform and opening up, on the basis of digesting and absorbing advanced technology, the research, development and production of alternative equipment imported products has become a major issue for the development of China’s machinery and equipment manufacturing industry in the 1990s. The Shanghai machinery and equipment manufacturing industry, which is characterized by strong technical force and strong comprehensive supporting capabilities and accounts for about 1/10 of the total output value of the country’s machinery and equipment manufacturing industry, should naturally study this issue. Shanghai’s machinery and equipment manufacturing industry is one of the largest industrial sectors in Shanghai. In 1989, it achieved an industrial output value of about 35 billion yuan (current price), and about 1/4 of Shanghai’s total industrial output value. Among them, the production value of machine tools, general machinery, special machinery and parts and components manufacturing industry accounted for about 43% of the total output value of all machinery and equipment manufacturing industries, and transportation equipment.
