2004年2月,教育部颁发的新一轮教育振兴行动计划提出:全面推进教师教育创新,完善教师专业发展和终身学习的现代化教师教育体系,不断提高在职教师的学历、学位层次和实施素质教育的能力,加快提高教师队伍建设。这是深化教育改革,全面提高教学质量的关键所在。鉴于以上背景,我们选择“中小学音乐特岗教师专业化发展的行动研究”这个课题开展研究,希望为音乐特岗教师的专业发展途径提供一定的参照和经验,以促使音乐特岗教师专业成长,提高教育教学能力,成为合格的音乐教师。
