在高精度动平衡工艺中,最本质核心的问题是动平衡机在检测小不平衡量时的幅值和角度误差。本文就瓦特计动平衡机电测部分在四个主要环节上可能产生的误差,作一些粗浅的分析,仅供读者参考。本文将讨论的四个方面是:1)参考讯号的非正交性及不对称性引起的误差;2)测量系统不对称性引起的误差;3)感应式传感器不对称引起的误差;4)滤波特性不完善引起的误差。
In the high-precision balancing process, the most essential core issue is the magnitude and angular error of the dynamic balancing machine in detecting small unbalances. This article on the wattmeter dynamic balance electromechanical measurement of the four main aspects of the possible error, make some superficial analysis, for the reader’s reference. Four aspects discussed in this paper are: 1) errors due to non-orthogonality and asymmetry of the reference signal; 2) errors due to asymmetry in the measurement system; 3) errors due to asymmetric inductive sensors; and 4) Errors caused by imperfect filtering characteristics.
