Sanlu milk powder incident and the financial crisis, China’s dairy industry in the new policy and market conditions steady recovery. Based on the latest information, this paper analyzes the status quo of dairy industry in China from three aspects: market structure, market behavior and market performance using scp model and draws conclusions.
