为探索优秀跆拳道运动员赛前训练期机能变化的规律,本文对我省优秀跆拳道运动员全国锦标赛赛前训练期每周一的部分生化指标进行了跟踪监测。结果提示:1、与基础值相比,赛前训练期的CK变化有显著性差异(P<0.01);2、赛前训练期BUN值总体波动范围不大,但控降体重较多的运动员BUN值有显著上升;3、血清肌酸激酶能有效评定跆拳道训练后肌肉所受刺激及疲劳恢复情况。
In order to explore the rules of excellent Taekwondo athletes’ performance during the pre-competition training period, this paper tracks and monitors some biochemical indicators on Monday every Monday before the National Taekwondo Athletes National Championships. The results suggest that: 1, compared with the baseline value, there is a significant difference in CK before training (P <0.01); 2, the overall fluctuation range of BUN in pre-competition training is not large, BUN value was significantly increased; 3, serum creatine kinase can effectively assess the taekwondo training muscle stimulation and fatigue recovery.
