近期,英国伦敦格伦费尔塔楼火灾和阿联酋迪拜高层建筑火灾造成大量人员伤亡和财产损失,引发全球关注。我国作为世界上高层建筑数量最多的国家,全国现有高层建筑34.7万栋,100 m以上超高层6 000多栋,200 m以上的超高层建筑600多栋。据公安部消防局统计数据显示,近10年共发生高层建筑火灾3.1万起,死亡474人,直接财产损失15.6亿元,高层建筑火灾的预防和处置面临严峻挑战。
Recently, a large number of casualties and property losses have been caused by the Gleneagles Tower fire in London, England and the fire in high-rise buildings in Dubai, UAE, causing global concern. As the country with the largest number of high-rise buildings in the world, China currently has 347,000 high-rise buildings, over 6,000 super high-rise buildings over 100m and over 600 high-rise buildings over 200m. According to statistics from the Ministry of Public Security Fire Station, there were a total of 31,000 high-rise buildings in the past 10 years, causing 474 deaths and a direct loss of 1.56 billion yuan of property. The prevention and disposal of high-rise building fires are facing serious challenges.
