【目的】分析不同蓝莓品种结果母枝性状与成花的相关性,为广西蓝莓产业发展提供参考依据。【方法】观测广西天峨县引种的3个蓝莓品种(密斯蒂、莱格西和杰兔)结果母枝最长及最短枝条的长度、粗度、叶片数、侧花芽数、顶花芽数及总花芽数等性状,分析各性状间的相关性及结果母枝与成花的相关性。【结果】采用回归分析得出,密斯蒂枝梢总花芽数(y)与枝梢长度(x_1)和叶片数(x_2)的回归方程式为=1.632+0.052x_1-0.026x_2,莱格西枝梢总花芽数(y)与枝梢长度(x_1)和粗度(x_2)的回归方程为=1.061+0.009x_1+0.152x_2,杰兔枝梢总花芽数(y)与枝梢长度(x_1)、粗度(x_2)和叶片数(x_3)的回归方程为=-3.201+0.086x_1+0.267x_2+0.360x_3。相关性分析结果显示,蓝莓枝梢长度和粗度与叶片数显著相关(P<0.05,下同);枝梢总花芽数与枝梢长度、粗度和叶片数显著相关,且不同品种间相关系数存在差异。【结论】蓝莓结果母枝长度和粗度与叶片数对其总花芽数存在显著影响,生产上可通过适当修剪及肥水控制调节枝条的长度、粗度和叶片数以提高结果母枝质量及总花芽数,进而提高蓝莓的产量和品质。
