The Necessity and Urgency of Establishing the Road Transport Market Main Body In May this year, as China and the EU reached bilateral agreements on China's accession to the WTO and the U.S. House of Representatives passed the permanent normal trade relations (PNTR) with China, China's accession to the WTO is just around the corner.
