针对国内目前变电站自动化系统结构和通信规约互操作混乱的现状,指出IEC61850标准体系解决了不同设备和不同系统之间传输不兼容性的问题,真正实现设备和系统的程序化互操作。为此,介绍了IEC61850标准体系的重要目标、作用、主要特点及应用前景,分析IEC61850标准体系要求与国内变电站自动化系统各方面现状存在的差异、实现难点,最后就国内如何看待和采用IEC61850提出相关的建议。
In the light of the current situation of substation automation system structure and communication protocol interoperability in our country, it is pointed out that IEC61850 standard system solves the problem of incompatibility of transmission between different devices and different systems and realizes program-based interoperation between devices and systems. To this end, introduced the IEC61850 standard system of the important goals, roles, main features and application prospects, analysis of IEC61850 standard system requirements and domestic substation automation system in all aspects of the status quo existing differences and difficulties, and finally on how to treat and adopt IEC61850 Suggestions.
