镇海炼化股份有限公司炼油厂有WGZ65/3.82-6型一氧化碳锅炉三台,用于回收催化装置催化剂在再生器内烧焦再生时产生的大量高温烟气。由于该锅炉尾部没有空气预热器,排烟温度较高。在气、油混烧时,设计排烟温度最高为196℃。实际为220℃。计算表明,一台65t/h中压锅炉排烟温度每下降17~18℃,锅炉热效率就提高1%,标准油耗下降0.90kg/t汽。因此,降低排烟温度是提高锅炉热效率最有效的方法。考虑到尾部烟道空间的限制,我们安装了两组翅片管省煤器,使受热面积增加一倍,降低了排烟温度。
