国际化大行的条线管理能力非常强,业务条线的设置不是以产品为中心而是以客户为中心。但当前中资银行境外机构管理架构尚处于条块化管理阶段,条线管理的话语权很弱,要实现矩阵管理困难重重。银行业走出去的成果、现状《当代金融家》:过去几年,由于中资银行自身实力的不断增强,海外布局正在提速。在新的历史时期,系统总结中国银行业海外发展情况,能够为业界了解这一领域的全貌提供参考,且之于寻找中国银行业走出去下一步的方向具有非常重要的意义。请您评价一下中国银行业走出去的成果、现状。
Internationalization of the big line management ability is very strong, the business line is not set to product-centric but customer-centric. However, at present, the overseas institutional management structure of Chinese-funded banks is still in the process of fragmented management. The management power of the management of lines is very weak, and it is very difficult to achieve matrix management. Outcome of the banking industry, the status quo “contemporary financier”: In the past few years, as the strength of Chinese banks continue to increase, overseas layout is speeding up. In the new historical period, a systematic summary of the overseas development of China’s banking industry can provide a reference for the industry to understand the whole picture in this area and is of great significance in finding the next direction for the Chinese banking industry to go global.
