理清蒸发冷凝法亚微米气溶胶发生装置中不同参数对气溶胶发生效果的影响,有利于提高气溶胶的单分散性。搭建了发生实验装置,通过调节各个参数,研究了参数对气溶胶发生效果的影响以及参数之间的相互影响,并与理论分析进行对比。研究表明:凝结核浓度足够高时,在保证调节后的气溶胶满足准单分散的前提下,若调节前的气溶胶几何标准偏差小于1.45,可通过提高饱和器体积流量来提高气溶胶计数中值直径,当几何标准偏差大于1.45时应通过提高再热温度来提高计数中值直径。
It is helpful to improve the monodispersity of aerosol to clarify the effect of different parameters in aerosol generating device of evaporative condensation submicron aerosol on the effect of aerosol. The experiment device was set up. By adjusting various parameters, the effect of parameters on aerosol generation and the mutual influence between parameters were studied and compared with the theoretical analysis. The results show that when the concentration of condensed nucleus is high enough, if the aerosol geometric standard deviation before adjustment is less than 1.45 under the premise of ensuring quasi-monodispersion of the conditioned aerosol, the aerosol count can be increased by increasing the volume flow of the saturator When the geometric standard deviation is greater than 1.45, the median diameter should be increased by increasing the reheat temperature.
