1.引言当前轧机用户的特点主要表现在两个方面,一方面对新设备的投资少,另一方面对产出的要求高。尽管现有轧机逐渐老化,但为增加产能,其工作负载越来越重。这种极端环境连同老旧、过时的轧辊设计是导致两辊轧机工作辊和四辊轧机支撑辊的辊颈发生故障的主要原因。因此,市场需要轧机翻新服务来减少严苛负载条件下辊颈在倒角环区域发生的损坏。而在成功制定翻新方案的过程中,对轴承的选择发挥着至关重要的作用。
1. INTRODUCTION The current characteristics of mill users are mainly manifested in two aspects. On the one hand, the investment on new equipment is less, on the other hand, the output requirements are high.
