机床变速箱箱壁温度场的计算是研究机床热变形的主要内容之一。这类箱壁常具有较大的孔穴(主轴孔),且在孔穴处又有热量输入。本文简要地阐明了用有限差分法计算有孔箱壁温度场的原理和步骤,列出了计算框图,并用实例说明了编程过程及应注意的问题。文中用BASIC语言编制的程序也适用于梯形箱壁或箱壁虽无孔但局部区域却有较多热量输入的情况。
The calculation of temperature field on the gear box wall of machine tool is one of the main contents to study the thermal deformation of machine tool. Such wall often has a larger hole (spindle hole), and in the hole at another heat input. This paper briefly expounds the principle and procedure of calculating the temperature field of the perforated box wall by using the finite difference method. The block diagram of the calculation is listed, and the programming process and the problems to be noticed are illustrated with examples. Text prepared by BASIC language program also applies to the trapezoidal box wall or box wall, although no holes but there are some areas where there is more heat input.
