调试内容:同步控制系统调试,自动正反转控制系统调试。(一)“伐利”电动圆形喷灌机的同步是通过控制相邻塔架的角变位来实现的。图1中的1、2为相邻两塔架,在运动过程中它们之间的角度变位为α。前行时(顺时针转),当α增大到一定值,同步控制杆转动触块压迫微动开关 S_2(图2),断开塔架1的驱动电机,使塔架1停止运动。当α小到一定值时;在微动开关 S_2控制下将塔架1的电机与电源接通,塔架1开始运动。这样就将塔架1和塔架2之间的相对变化限制在一定的范围内了。调试就是调整α,使之能满足
