本文对电容储能螺柱焊机的放电电路结构与性能进行了探索,设计了由两组电容器延时两次放电的放电路,并对不同电容量及放电次数情况下的放电电流波形进行了计算机模拟及相应的模拟焊接试验。结果表明:本文设计的这种放电电路能获得具有较理想的焊接工艺性的电流波形。
In this paper, the structure and performance of the discharge circuit of a capacitor-storage stud welding machine are explored. The discharge circuit with two sets of capacitors delaying twice is designed and the discharge current waveforms under different capacities and discharge times are carried out Computer simulation and the corresponding simulation welding test. The results show that the discharge circuit designed in this paper can obtain the current waveform with better welding process.
