目的探讨质量追溯系统在医院消毒供应室中的应用效果。方法通过质量追溯系统软件的配合与数据的采集,结合二维条形码技术,实现对消毒供应室的信息化管理,对比分析实施前后消毒供应室的消毒质量变化情况。结果实施质量追溯系统后院感知识知晓率、标准预防执行率、手卫生执行率较实施前面明显升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),实施质量追溯系统后锐器伤发生率为2.78%,低于实施前的19.44%,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);实施质量追溯系统后废弃物分类处理、器械清洗效果、检查和包装管理、消毒灭菌效果、工作质量满意度等评分明显高于实施前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实施质量追溯系统后工作人员理论知识、操作能力、沟通能力等评分明显高于实施前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论质量追溯系统提高了记录正确性和工作效率,提高了无菌物品的安全性。对工作人员起到了督促作用,规范了消毒供应室管理流程,节约了管理成本。
Objective To explore the application of quality tracing system in hospital disinfection supply room. Methods Through the cooperation of software of traceability system and data collection, combined with two-dimensional bar code technology, the information management of disinfection supply room was realized, and the changes of disinfection quality before and after disinfection were compared. Results The awareness of backyard awareness, standard implementation rate of prevention and implementation of hand hygiene were significantly higher than those before implementation (P <0.05), and the incidence of sharp injuries was 2.78 after implementation of the quality traceability system %, Lower than 19.44% before the implementation, but the difference was not statistically significant (P> 0.05); after the implementation of the quality traceability system, the classification of waste, equipment cleaning effect, inspection and packaging management, disinfection and sterilization effect, job satisfaction (P <0.05). After the implementation of the quality traceability system, the score of theoretical knowledge, operational ability and communicative ability of staff members was significantly higher than that before implementation (P <0.05), and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion The quality traceability system improves the accuracy of records and work efficiency, and improves the safety of sterile products. The staff played a supervisory role, standardized disinfection supply room management processes, saving management costs.
