采用高频感应钎焊技术制备不锈钢/碳钢复合板,研究了温度和时间对焊接接头的组织和抗剪强度的影响。结果表明,钎焊温度950℃,保温5min得到的钎焊效果最好,且在钎焊层中存在Fe、Cr、Ni、Cu、Zn元素的扩散现象,并在钎焊层中形成岛状物相,该岛状物相优先在碳钢/黄铜界面形成,随着钎焊温度的升高向钎焊层中生长,直至贯穿整个钎焊层;随着温度的升高和时间的延长,岛状物数量增多,使结合区硬度和抗剪强度提高。
The stainless steel / carbon steel composite plate was prepared by high frequency induction brazing technique. The effect of temperature and time on the microstructure and shear strength of the welded joint was studied.
