为解决振动筛停机时振动能释放产生的冲击力损坏振动机构、造成设备故障率上升的问题,研究开发一种在核心技术上具有自主知识产权的消除振动筛停机冲击的装置。该装置利用对液压缸活塞的结构设计和液压油路控制增加液体流动的行程,通过液体流动阻尼和压力降,以此吸收振动能量达到减振的目的。该装置采用了振动能量转换与吸收分离的技术,具有运行同步、减振及时的优点。
In order to solve the problem that the impact caused by the vibration energy release when the vibrating screen is shut down damages the vibration mechanism and causes the equipment failure rate to rise, a device with independent intellectual property rights in the core technology to eliminate the shut-down impact of the vibrating screen is researched and developed. The device utilizes the structural design of the hydraulic cylinder piston and the hydraulic circuit control to increase the flow of liquid through the liquid flow damping and pressure drop, thereby absorbing the vibration energy to achieve the purpose of damping. The device uses the vibration energy conversion and absorption separation technology, with the operation of synchronization, vibration and time advantages.
