武钢烧结矿质量差,经冷却、转运和贮存后,严重地粉化。从高炉称量车取样分析,<10毫米的粒级为50~60%,<5毫米的粒级为25%左右。为了改善烧结矿粒度,进行了以稳定中炭操作为中心的工业性试验,取得了一定较果。烧结矿粒级<10毫米部分降低了6.25%,各次测定,<10毫米粒级<35%的合格率提高了36.81%;FeO 降低0.92%;返矿卒降低1~2%。因此,高炉获得了较好的技术经济指标。
