随着石油和天然气的不断的消耗,油气资源随着不断枯竭,石油开采的方向逐渐的向深部油藏、边缘油藏、稠油油藏方向发展。随着钻井条件的不断复杂,钻井的成本越来越高、钻井速度也越来越慢、钻井所消耗的时间也越来越长。在石油钻井中亟需一种新的破岩效率高、钻井速度快的钻井新技术。在油气钻井的实践中已经表明,喷射钻井技术能够较大幅度地提高钻井速度,其实质是通过射流在井底辅助钻头破岩,提高了井底破岩效率。为此,本文介绍了几种新型的射流钻井方法,研究和分析了这些方法的提高钻井速度的机理。现场应用结果表明,新型射流技术能够较大幅度地提高机械钻速,具有广泛的研究和开发应用前景。
With the continuous depletion of oil and natural gas, as oil and gas resources continue to be depleted, the direction of oil exploration gradually develops toward deep reservoirs, marginal reservoirs and heavy oil reservoirs. As drilling conditions continue to be complex, the cost of drilling is getting higher and higher, the drilling speed is getting slower and slower, and the drilling time is also getting longer and longer. There is an urgent need in oil drilling for a new drilling technology with high efficiency and high drilling speed. In the practice of oil and gas drilling, it has been shown that jet drilling technology can greatly increase the drilling speed. The essence of jet drilling is to break the rock by auxiliary jet at the bottom of the well and improve the rock breaking efficiency at the bottom of the hole. Therefore, this paper introduces several new methods of jet drilling, and studies and analyzes the mechanism of these methods to improve drilling speed. The field application results show that the new jet technology can greatly improve the ROP and has extensive research, development and application prospects.
