目的:对比不同地域、不同类别医院肺炎患儿住院费用情况,统计中药使用情况对住院费用及住院时间的影响。方法:对全国13家分中心的肺炎患儿进行回顾性资料提取,按南北地域及医院类别进行分组,比较各组间的住院费用情况;按中药使用情况进行分组,比较各组间住院费用及住院时间情况,评价多途径使用中药带来的经济、时间效益。结果:地域比较中,南方医院在住院费用、住院时间、药物费用、检查费用上均比北方少;中西医比较中,中医院在住院费用、住院时间、药物费用、检查费用上均比西医院少。3种途径(口服、静脉、外用)使用中药组在住院费用、药物费用、检查费用上均小于完全西医治疗组及1~2种途径使用中药组,但其住院时间较长。结论:多途径使用中药治疗可以降低住院费用,但住院时间较长。
Objective: To compare the hospitalization costs of children with pneumonia in different regions and different types of hospitals, and to study the influence of the usage of traditional Chinese medicine on hospitalization expenses and length of stay. Methods: The retrospective data of 13 children with pneumonia in our country were collected retrospectively. According to the area of South and North China and the type of hospital, the hospitalization expenses were compared. The hospitalization expenses were compared among groups according to the usage of TCM. Hospitalization time, evaluation of multi-channel use of Chinese medicine to bring economic and time benefits. Results: Compared with the north, the costs of hospitalization, hospitalization, drug costs and examination in the Southern Hospital were lower than those in the north. Compared with the Western Hospital, the costs of hospitalization, hospitalization, medical expenses and examination were significantly higher than those of the Western Hospital less. Three ways (oral, intravenous, topical) using traditional Chinese medicine group in the hospital costs, drug costs, examination costs were less than the complete Western medicine treatment group and 1 to 2 ways to use the Chinese medicine group, but the longer hospital stay. Conclusion: The multi-channel use of traditional Chinese medicine can reduce the cost of hospitalization, but longer hospital stay.
