体育运动与人的主观幸福感有着密切的关系,经常参加体育运动可以增强和引导大众积极快乐的情绪,抑制消极苦闷情绪的出现,进而维持大众对主观幸福感的影响。研究方法:运用文献资料法、数理统计法,研究目的:对经常参加体育运动可以直接影响主观幸福感进行调查和分析。研究结果表明,经常参加体育运动不仅可以强身健体,对主观幸福感的影响也有决定性的作用。结论:体育运动与人的主观幸福感有着密切的联系,对人的身心健康起着重要的调节作用。
Physical exercise is closely related to people’s subjective well-being. Regular participation in sports can enhance and guide the positive emotions of the general public, restrain the emergence of negative emotions, and maintain the public’s influence on subjective well-being. Research Methods: The use of literature, mathematical statistics, research purposes: regular participation in sports can directly affect the subjective well-being of the investigation and analysis. The results show that regular participation in sports can not only physical fitness, the impact of subjective well-being also has a decisive role. Conclusion: There is a close relationship between sports and people’s subjective well-being and plays an important role in regulating people’s physical and mental health.
