介绍了阴极电泳涂装中MEQ值的作用及概念。研究了不同测定方法及NaOH和KOH-C2H5OH标液对MEQ测量值的影响，以及该值对漆膜外观和漆液稳定性的影响。“,”The role and concept of MEQ value in cathode electrophoresis coating process were introduced.
