本文在理论计算和实测结果的基础上,对孔洞性缺陷拔长锻造时的闭合规律进行了试验研究。结果指出,拔长锻造时工件内部的应力状态对孔洞性缺陷的锻合有着重要的影响,三向压缩的应力状态能控制孔洞当量尺寸的扩大并加速孔洞的闭合及焊合,从而可实现大型锻件的小锻比锻造,提高锻件的经济效益。
