目的 :观察准分子激光屈光性角膜切削术治疗二次放射状角膜切开术后残留近视及散光的疗效。方法 :对我院自 1996年 3月至 1998年 7月间用准分子激光屈光性角膜切削术治疗的二次放射状角膜切开术后残留近视及散光病人 2 9例 41眼进行观察 ,依术前病人屈光度分为两组 ,第一组 <- 3.0 0 D,17例 2 5眼 ,第二组≥ - 3.0 0 D,12例 16眼。随访时间 1年以上。结果 :术后 1年第一组裸眼视力为 0 .90± 0 .16 ,第二组为 0 .87± 0 .12。第一组最佳矫正视力为 1.0 2± 0 .16 ,第二组为 0 .96± 0 .17。第一组球镜屈光度下降 2 .2 9± 0 .45 D,第二组下降 4.37± 1.6 6 D。病人散光度下降 2 .11± 0 .73D。结论 :准发子激光屈光性角膜切削术治疗放射状角膜切开术后残留近视及散光的预测性好 ,疗效确定 ,安全可靠
Objective: To observe the effect of excimer laser refractive keratectomy on residual myopia and astigmatism after second radial corneal incision. Methods: 29 patients with residual myopia and astigmatism in 41 patients with myopic and astigmatism who underwent excimer laser refractive keratectomy in our hospital from March 1996 to July 1998 were observed, according to Preoperative patients were divided into two groups, the first group of <3.0D, 17 cases of 25 eyes, the second group of ≥ 3.0D, 12 cases of 16 eyes. Follow-up time of more than 1 year. Results: The uncorrected visual acuity of the first group was 0 .90 ± 0.16 at 1 year after surgery and was 0.87 ± 0.12 at the second group. The best corrected visual acuity was 1.0 2 ± 0.16 in the first group and 0.96 ± 0.17 in the second group. The first group of spherical refraction decreased by 2.29 ± 0.45 D, the second group decreased 4.37 ± 1.6 6 D. The patient’s astigmatism decreased by 2.11 ± 0.73D. Conclusion: Sub-standard laser refractive keratectomy for the treatment of residual myopia and astigmatism after radial keratotomy predictability, efficacy, safety and reliability
