目的探讨胆管癌CT诊断及鉴别诊断。方法分析经手术证实的20例胆管癌的CT表现。结果肝门型7例,肝外胆管型8例,壶腹型5例。CT表现胆管壁增厚和/或胆管局部肿块16例,胆管扩张20例,胆囊扩张15例。结论CT是诊断胆囊癌有效、准确的方法。
Objective To investigate the CT diagnosis and differential diagnosis of cholangiocarcinoma. Methods The CT findings of 20 cases of cholangiocarcinoma confirmed by surgery were analyzed. Results Hepatic type in 7 cases, extrahepatic bile duct in 8 cases, 5 cases of ampulla. CT manifestations of bile duct wall thickening and / or bile duct local mass in 16 cases, bile duct dilatation in 20 cases, gallbladder dilatation in 15 cases. Conclusion CT is an effective and accurate method for the diagnosis of gallbladder cancer.
