针对露天矿区大型矿山设备难以运输问题,以首钢SGA3722矿用汽车为基础改进设计了SGA92150矿用平板运输车,采用分动箱的方式将动力分配到2个驱动桥,以提供足够的牵引力和承载能力。改进设计了悬架系统、牵引装置、转向系统、制动系统和车架。该矿用平板运输车的特点是将挂车与牵引车通过球销联接,车架为框架组合焊接结构,牵引车可随时与挂车脱开。目前,该矿车已经投入生产应用,它的推出为各矿业资源企业和工程建设商降低运行费用提供了新的选择,并为后续开发超大吨位矿用平板运输车积累了宝贵的经验。
Aiming at the difficult transportation of large-scale mining equipment in open pit mine, the SGA92150 mining flatbed truck was improved based on the Shougang SGA3722 mining vehicle. The transfer box is used to distribute the power to two transaxles to provide enough traction and load ability. Improved design of the suspension system, traction devices, steering systems, brake systems and frame. The mine flatbed tractor is characterized by the trailer and the tractor through the ball pin connection, the frame is a combination of welded frame structure, the tractor can be disconnected with the trailer at any time. At present, the mining car has been put into production and application, and its introduction has provided a new choice for various mining resources enterprises and project builders to reduce operating costs and has accumulated valuable experience for the subsequent development of large tonnage mining flatbed vehicles.
