电磁流量计使用时要求液体必须充满管道。但使用电磁流量计计量硝水后,必须退完管道内的硝水,以免因硝水结晶而堵塞管道。这样就会在流量计重新使用时因两电极开路使变送器出现零点漂移,转换器上有一定的输出,从而给计量时带来误差。为此,我们在电磁流量计的比例积算器上加了一个小信号切除电路,在管道内无液体流动时,切断转换器的输出,不会产生多余的积算。
Electromagnetic flowmeter requires the use of liquid must be filled with pipes. However, the use of electromagnetic flowmeter to measure nitric water, must retreat pipe of nitric water, so as to avoid the crystallization of nitrate and plug the pipeline. In this way, when the flowmeter is reused, the transmitter will appear zero drift due to the openness of the two electrodes and a certain output on the converter, thereby bringing errors to the measurement. To this end, we added a small signal cut-off circuit to the electromagnetic flowmeter’s proportional totalizer to cut off the output of the converter without liquid flow in the pipe, so that no extra integration will result.
