北京旧城居住区作为文化遗产保护区,具有很高的历史价值。但是,由于所处环境及现代生活的各种影响,旧城居住区正在不断的衰退之中,失去了原有的历史风貌和肌理。一直以来,各方都在寻找可行的旧城更新方法,从大规模改造到社区合作制更新,旧城面貌在不断地变换。虽然这些方法都取得了一定的成效,但都没有取得的成功,旧城居住区依然在衰退之中,旧城居民的生活环境没有取得良好的转变。作为解决都市繁忙与密集生活环境而产生的袖珍公园,其在功能和形式上都能够很好的适用于旧城,解决绿地与旧城肌理之间的矛盾,为旧城更新提供强大动力。本文试图通过对袖珍公园的分析,从而探索出一条旧城更新的新道路。
Beijing Old City Residential Area as a cultural heritage protection zone, with high historical value. However, due to the environment and the various influences of modern life, the residential area of the old city is in a constant recession, losing its original historical style and texture. All along, all parties are looking for ways to update the old city, from large-scale transformation to community cooperation system renewal, and the changing of the old city landscape. Although all of these methods have achieved some success, they have not achieved any success. Residential areas in the old city are still in a recession, and the living environment of the urban residents has not been well transformed. As a pocket-sized park for solving the problem of urban busyness and dense living environment, it is well suited to the old city in function and form, solving the contradiction between the green space and the texture of the old city, and providing a powerful impetus to the renewal of the old city. This article attempts to explore the new road to the renewal of the old city through the analysis of pocket parks.
